This includes the downloads folder, recycle bin, & desktop!!!

For the safety of your files and intellectual property…

Please use Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser. It has been set up to erase all login history when the browser window is closed.

• Save & close all files and applications at the end of your working session

• Sign out of all personal accounts (Gmail & Adobe Suite)

• Never auto-save any passwords or personal information 

• BACKUP ALL FILES: Google Drive, Dropbox, external hard drive, USB

You may want to create the habit of plugging in an external hard drive or USB whenever

you work on the CAD Lab computers, and save files directly to your device.

This way there is no risk of having your files deleted.

You can then periodically back up files from your device to a cloud service for extra security.
